Sales tax will be added to all orders for California addresses. The current tax rate for California residents is 8.25%.
Most products are processed within 24 hours. We use UPS for majority of our shipping needs. Two air services and one Ground service are offered. Shipping charges are extra. Estimate of shipping charges are indicated in your order confirmation.
All shipments are insured and guaranteed against lost or damage. Tracking number will be supplied by email. You may include special shipping instructions in the order form.
Allow one day for processing of order.
For shipping damages customer should contact both the carrier and ElectronicPalace immediately.
Any missing or wrong item should be reported to ElectronicPalace within 48 hours.
We make sure that all information in the site is correct and up to date. However,
ElectronicPalace is not responsible for typographical errors or displayed images.
1- All merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of order date.
2- All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
3- Returns must be like original condition.
4- Shipping charges are non refundable.
5- All returns or exchanges require a RMA#. RMA# is issued by us. You can contact
us By email. Please include your order confirmation number.
6- Customer is responsible for shipping charges to send the merchandise back to us.
7- All returns and exchanges must be double boxed. All supplied manufacturer
accessories must be included in the original factory packaging. Print RMA# clearly
on the outside of package.See Packaging Requirements.
8- A credit will be issued to your credit card account within seven days after returned
package is received.
9- The exchanged merchandise will be sent back to you by the same shipping method
the original order was placed.
10- Packages without RMA# will be automatically returned to the sender.
11- Original manufactures warranty cards and paperwork must be blank.
12- ElectronicPalace accepts no responsibility for loss or damaged items in return
All products must be properly packaged for return. Electronic items in particular have special packaging requirements that need to be followed when returning to us.
Please follow these requirements carefully. Failure to do so may result in a delay or rejection of your return.
1- Obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). You may obtain the RMA#
by calling 213-683-9680 or emailing Electronicpalace@sbcglobal.net. Email is
the preferred method. Any item shipped back without a RMA# will not be accepted.
2- Carefully repack the product in the original shipping materials if they are still
in good shape. If not obtain a new shipping box.
3- Put all original paperwork (invoice, warranty cards, manuals, and original printed
material) in the box.
4- Print the RMA# clearly on the outside of package. The RMA# is valid for 10 business
5- Insure the shipment with tracking number.
6- Items will be rejected if they are out of return warranty period, do not match the
invoice or were not purchased from ElectronicPalace.
It is customer responsibility to arrange return shipment for these items. It is customer
responsibility to properly package the merchandise for return.
New or refurbished products sold by ElectronicPalace are covered by a manufacturerÕs warranty. The warranty period is typically for a minimum of three months depending the manufacture.
Please note that we do not sell or offer grey market or foreign distributed products. These products
